Some lighting jobs are a quick fixture swap. Others mean a new circuit, a heavy chandelier on a tall ceiling, a fan where there was only a light, or a fixture in a spot another company said would mean tearing out cabinets. One customer told us exactly that about her kitchen light, and we fixed it without removing them.

We hang fixtures, ceiling fans and outdoor lights. We also install recessed and LED lighting, put in security and flood lights, and wire attic fans. Before we leave, we make sure the fixture looks the way you wanted it. On bigger jobs, like converting a house full of old can lights to LED, we plan it room by room.

What the job includes

  • Light fixture installation and repair, indoor and outdoor
  • Recessed and LED lighting, including converting old can lights
  • Chandeliers and pendants, including tall entries and stairwells
  • Ceiling fan installation, replacement and repair
  • Attic fans and ventilation wiring
  • Flood lights and security lights, including smart floodlights

Signs it's time to call

  • Lights that flicker or dim when something else turns on
  • A fan that wobbles, hums or only runs on one speed
  • A room that needs a fan where there's only a light box
  • An attic that bakes in the Houston summer

What it costs

A straight fixture or fan swap on an existing box is a small job. New boxes, new circuits, high ceilings and fan-rated bracing add time. On multi-room LED conversions we count the fixtures first and give you one price for the whole job.

From a customer

"So professional, considerate and kind. Made sure the light fixture they installed looked exactly like I wanted it before they left. Great electricians! Glad I found them!"Sandy M., Google review

We recommend one. A bad connection on a fixture can damage the fixture or start a fire, and a faulty install can put your home insurance and the fixture warranty at risk. It is a quick job for us.

Usually, yes. A fan needs a fan-rated box and bracing, and sometimes a new switch or a second wire for separate fan and light control. We check what is in the ceiling and tell you what it takes.

Yes. We add the outlet or junction box where it is needed and mount the light. One of our customers had us set up Google floodlights along with a new garage outlet and a patio outlet.
