Spring is a big, unincorporated area with a mix of older neighborhoods around Old Town Spring and Champion Forest and newer master-planned ones further out. Klein sits right alongside it, and we work in both.

Most Spring calls are a mix of repair and upgrade: outlets that have quit, a panel that keeps tripping, a ceiling fan or chandelier to hang, or a generator inlet before the next storm season.

Spring and Klein are across the north side from Cypress, by way of FM 1960 and the Grand Parkway.

The houses in Spring

Champion Forest and the older Klein neighborhoods date mostly from the 1970s and 1980s, so original panels and tired outlets are common. Gleannloch Farms and the newer communities off the Grand Parkway are larger homes with bigger electrical loads.

What we keep an eye on here

Spring has a lot of tall trees, and falling limbs take down lines during storms, so outages can drag on. A generator inlet is the practical fix.

Permits in Spring

Most of Spring and Klein is unincorporated Harris County, with many neighborhoods inside a utility district or HOA. We check what applies to your address before we start.

Spring questions.

What people in Spring ask us most.

Or call (832) 464-4258

Yes. Klein, Champion Forest, Gleannloch Farms and Old Town Spring are all regular areas for us. Call (832) 464-4258 to set a time.

If you have a portable generator, a generator inlet and panel interlock lets it power the circuits you choose without extension cords. If you don't have one yet, we can go over what size makes sense for what you want to run.
