New Fulshear homes, finished right.

Fulshear was a small town not long ago. Now most of its houses are new. Cross Creek Ranch and Fulshear Lakes have filled in over the last decade, and building has kept going.

New homes don't usually need repairs. What they need is what the builder left out: a charger in the garage, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, better lighting, outlets in the right places, and surge protection for a house full of new appliances.

Fulshear is out past Katy along the Westpark Tollway and FM 1093.

The houses in Fulshear

Most Fulshear homes are less than fifteen years old and built to recent code. Builder packages tend to be minimal on lighting and outlets, and the garage usually has no charger circuit, so most of our Fulshear work is adding to a good, new system.

What we keep an eye on here

Out on the western edge of the metro, Fulshear gets the same summer lightning and Gulf storms as the rest of the area, and power can take a while to come back. Surge protectors and generator inlets protect a new house and everything in it.

Permits in Fulshear

Fulshear issues its own permits inside city limits, and much of the area around it is unincorporated Fort Bend County with HOA rules on top. We check your address first and plan for both.

What we do in Fulshear

• EV and Tesla charger installation. Tesla Wall Connectors, Level 2 chargers and 240 volt outlets on their own dedicated circuit, with the panel checked first.
• Lighting, ceiling fans and attic fans. Light fixtures, recessed and LED lighting, outdoor and security lights, ceiling fans and attic fans, installed and repaired.
• Whole-house surge protection. A surge protector at the panel that guards everything in the house, including hardwired equipment that a plug-in strip can't protect.
